- Hi, We are very sorry if you had had problems with cables purchased from us. We can assure you that they are not "seconds." The biggest problem with these cables is also their greatest asset. Their length. As they are longer than the standard cable it makes them much more versatile and great when you want to use a device whilst it charges etc. The problem is that the extra length makes more susceptible to being damaged. Such as being run over with an office chair, being over-bent etc. The latter being the most common problem we see with all Apple Lightning cables. They should only ever be allowed to flow smoothly and never bent sharply. If you have not already, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist and do what we can for any cables under warranty. Kind regards
